Invariant Imbedding T-matrix Method for Light Scattering by Non-Spherical and Inhomogeneous Particles

This book is a very valuable addition to the literature in the field of light scattering by particles, and can serve as complementary to other existing works. I would recommend this book especially to young researchers. The readers will learn from it a lot about innovative methods such as the T-matrix to resolve problems involving the optical properties of randomly oriented, arbitrarily shaped, and inhomogeneous particles. This book also provides insight on developing applications of light-scattering research to remote sensing of clouds and atmospheric aerosols.
