NOT ALL ARE COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE. THIS ARTICLE DISCUSSES DEVICES FABRICATED USING LiNbO3 AND THEIR APPLICATIONS IN FIBER COMMUNICATION AND SENSING SYSTEMS.
