Do you have any advice for dealing with a particularly challenging colleague or supervisor?

Express your feeling and concerns explicitly. Sometimes if you do not say it explicitly, your supervisor will not know your needs.

What professional resources do you recommend for staying active and engaged with your field?

Attend conferences and contact whoever you would like to by directly sending an email.

How do you define success in your career?

Discovery of new and important sciences.

What habits do you frequently rely on to help you to succeed?

Thinking and doing sports regularly; sometimes reading poems or enjoying paintings.

If you weren’t in the sciences, what would be your dream career?

I have never thought about this! I think I have found my right career; but if I had to choose any other than this, probably an architect.
