The aim of this book is to report on nanocrystal fabrication methods and applications in nonvolatile-memory technologies. This book consists of nine chapters devoted to basic topics of applications and theory in the above mentioned areas, e.g. graphene-based flash memory devices, nanocrystals for memory devices.

The book is very well written and a pleasure to read. It will be of interest to a great variety of readers, from graduate students to experts in nanotechnology, semiconductors materials science, and electronic devices, as well as engineers.
