Checking In with Photomedicine

Yue Zhuo

A postdoctoral researcher in biomedical optics shares what she’s been working on since becoming the first recipient of the OSA Foundation’s Thomas Deutsch Fellowship.

OSA member Yue Zhuo is the OSA Foundation’s (OSAF) inaugural Thomas Deutsch Fellow in biomedical optics. Zhuo is now in the middle of her one-year stint at The Wellman Center for Photomedicine (WCP) at Massachusetts General Hospital–Harvard Medical School, which co-sponsors the fellowship. Optics & Photonics News spoke with Zhuo to check in on her research at WCP.
