“The OSA’s uniform color scales, a set of more than 550 uniformly spaced color samples, remains the only color tool of its kind. The set of color cards includes not only scales of constant lightness and hue, but also six entirely different scales that exhibit variations of both attributes. The unique volume was designed by OSA’s Committee on Uniform Color Scales and has been available for purchase since the mid-1970s.”
