Chapter leaders at the 2010 Student Leadership Conference.
OSA student chapter leaders are encouraged to register for the 2011 OSA Student Leadership Conference at OSA’s annual Frontiers in Optics meeting, which takes place 16-20 October in San Jose, Calif., U.S.A. OSA provides travel support for one representative per chapter to attend. Highlights of this year’s conference include a discussion of the International OSA Network of Students (IONS), interactive chapter brainstorming activities, a workshop by the Center for Communicating Science and more.
